Actually i have no idea i start addict latin dance and think of take part in it..it seems natural part of me after being addcit by the movie 舞动全城 hhahaa.. true la.. need to gambateh o~ This movie I realised a lot of things including doing something must think twice and don't to rush yet don't too slow. If you do things too fast you won't get what you want. We must dance or exercise to be alert and creactive. We must know marrige not a game and take care of people around us. Don't mumbling about our partners ^^ they may not be the best but when you lost them you will know how precious they are, including your dad and mom and ur life partner ur dance partner and others ~

In your life you may have dream, bad childhood, love, growth all this will be a nutrient nourish our heart soul ^^ maybe lots of enemies that you will never know and soon become your best friend ur best mountain hehehee... love your enemies love your brothers and sisters

today only i know how to swim back stroke.. i have been anti back stroke for so long since last year december till now 25/5/2008 5.30p.m i know how to sleep on the water relax.. and first time i go deeper erm not really deep enough just deeper i learn how to float and swim freestyle. Just a wonderful day for me. Bless me always.

Now my new challenge is learning butterfly. Teacher not yet teach but i must have enough preparation that is go jogging for my sport dayz 1500m / 3000m and also butterfly.. it needs a lot of energy and lots of people said it is tired and hard to learn ... ok i accept it ^^
