HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY

The origin of April Fools' Day is obscure. One likely theory is that the modern holiday was first celebrated soon after the adoption of the Gregorian Calender; the term referred to someone still adhering to the Julian Calender which it replaced. In many pre-Christian cultures May Day (May 1) was celebrated as the first day of summer, and signalled the start of the spring planting season. An April Fool was someone who did this prematurely. Another origin is that April 1 was counted the first day of the year in France. When King Charles IX changed that to January 1, some people stayed with April 1. Those who did were called "April Fools" and were taunted by their neighbors. In the eighteenth century the festival was often posited as going back to the times of Noah. An English newspaper article published on April 13th, 1789 said that the day had its origins when he sent the raven off too early, before the waters had receded. He did this on the first day of the Hebrew month that corresponds with April. A possible reference to April Fools' Day can be seen in the Canterbury Tales (ca 1400) in the Nun's Priest's tale, a tale of two fools: Chanticleer and the fox, which took place on March 32nd.

Family Nightouts

KOREANA RESTAURENT here I come.
I like to use long spoon and chopstick.
Well, I do like the creosote chair. It feels benign when you sit on it.
SAFE!
The floor glitters. It looks better in tangible view.
My mum's order. Green tea. The mug looks antique huh?
I got to explain to my eldest maternal uncle about the beverage choice
cause he forgets to bring his spec.

My order. Can I consider it as Korea Soy Milk? Haha.
I love the size.
Tada~ The small dishes taste good. There are kimchi, black bean
bean sprout, carrot-seaweed-sesame mixed, veges and bean curt.

There are pork leg, pork......etc.
Well, I leave it untouchable.
They enjoy very much.

Korea Pizza. Taste cozy when you ad on chilies.

Kim chi soup! Nice. This is the way they used to eat. I mean Korean.

Guess what! only my brother and my sister-in-law entertain my insanity!!
After this, I called a waitress helped me to snap some pic.
Can I said that she is too gentle by pushing the button on it?
Take one take two which I smile till flawless and my jaw nearly drop.
By the time, I catch back my camera. Nothing she gets. Well, fine.
Just freeze superfluously for seconds.
My dad loves FLASH FLASH FLASH
I loathes it.
Do I look pale and thinner?? I am not sure
this is recently when I meet someone and everyone
say the same things. Maybe because I am ill. Guess so.

Let us close our eyes and mourn for the trees and forest.
My excuses for using so many pieces:
I'm flu and I cough a lot.
Wipe out my cat's imitation mouth.
Perspiration of my cold soy milk.
The hot food drives me crazy.
After 30 Hour Famine, the most important lesson I learn
is not to waste food. I know there leave only a spoonful of kim chi soup
and countable rice on the left over. I pick it up and finish it.

I like to play with all these a lot.

Haha. I finished the cabbages underneath it.
Don't ask me not to waste the onions and chilies okay??
If you want it, get it yourself.
Bid farewell to my maternal eldest uncle. That he used to teach me
to call him "DA Q" since I was young.
It has been a long time to get us reunion again.
He will be going back to KL soon.
To my uncle, yea we have been just coming back from Korea huh~
It is blur because I forget to change it into auto or panfocus.
I will get the clearer one from my brother.
Not to say farewell but this pic is taken the day before
my sis-in-law enter the hospital and wait for my nephew departure~
I enjoy the fickle roof. It changes it color like changing it's mood.
Nice.
Before that, we planned to eat here. But we changed our mind when we
get to know it do not operate every Monday.

STARBUCKS-STARBUGS HAHAHA
Forgive me~
Whilst in the journey, we head on to pharmacy. I loathe go to clinic.
I feel claustrophobic and hectic inside there. So I choose to get some medicine
by the pharmacy. Hope I get well soon.
I hate the combo bomb flu-headache-cough disease.

MAY YOGA FASTING CAMP

BENEFITS OF PRACTICING YOGA

Increasing Flexibility – yoga has positions that act upon the various joints of the body including those joints that are never really on the ‘radar screen’ let alone exercised

Increasing lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons – likewise, the well-researched yoga positions exercise the different tendons and ligaments of the body.
Surprisingly it has been found that the body which may have been quite rigid starts experiencing a remarkable flexibility in even those parts which have not been consciously work upon. Why? It is here that the remarkable research behind yoga positions proves its mettle. Seemingly unrelated “non strenuous” yoga positions act upon certain parts of the body in an interrelated manner. When done together, they work in harmony to create a situation where flexibility is attained relatively easily.

Massaging of ALL Organs of the Body – Yoga is perhaps the only form of activity which massages all the internal glands and organs of the body in a thorough manner, including those – such as the prostate - that hardly get externally stimulated during our entire lifetime. Yoga acts in a wholesome manner on the various body parts. This stimulation and massage of the organs in turn benefits us by keeping away disease and providing a forewarning at the first possible instance of a likely onset of disease or disorder.

Complete Detoxification – By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. This helps in the flushing out of toxins from every nook and cranny as well as providing nourishment up to the last point. This leads to benefits such as delayed ageing, energy and a remarkable zest for life.

Excellent toning of the muscles – Muscles that have become flaccid, weak or sloth are stimulated repeatedly to shed excess flab and flaccidity.

Earth Hour's Act One

This is taken during the Earth Hour.
Nothing to do, so, I went to the backyard play with my shodow.

My backyard public lamp.

I didn't realize my camera's battery went flat when I want to take
some more. So, I play guitar in the dark.
Good experience. It is too dark till I can't find my pick.
Sorry for my guitar, as to ease my superb enthusiasm, I simply find a credit card
and strum on it. Due to the thickness of the piece, so I sounds solemn.
Soon, I adapt to the dark. So, I successfully found the pick and strum on it.
I can feel the blind playing guitar's feeling. Nice.

Things that I have learned from the movie:

1* You realize giving brings more happiness and receiving.

2*Instead of bad things, you get to see good things first.

3*You can be a child without time machine.

4*I was often asked "Do you have something good?"

5*You would know how beautiful sky, stars, flowers and tree are.

Smile, and good things will happen, and it is not another way round.

All these theories sound foolish. Yet it makes sense haha.

The Beauty and the Beast

Never feel scare and there is no need to lament about that you are blind, deaf, handicapped or anyhow. You will probably just like a sleeping beauty in the forest. Always believe that one day there will be either a beast or a prince. No matter who they are, they will be the one who wakes you up. Seeing the bright from the dark. Sometime, one takes how he/ she looks like so seriously. I think there is no difference between ugly or handsome or beauty. All this words pop up because of comparison. The most important is the way and how you treat a person. It is your inner beauty.
